Following the RAA’s 120th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held yesterday, the RAA Board met and elected Kathy Gramp as their new President and Chair, with David Osborn elected as Vice President.
Kathy replaces outgoing President and Chairman Peter Siebels, who has served as an invaluable member of the Board for 15 years, including four at the helm.
David replaces Kathy who previously held the position of Vice President.
Chief Executive Officer Nick Reade welcomed the two Directors to their new positions on the Board.
“It’s been a pleasure to work with Kathy in her capacity as Vice President over the past 18 months since I joined RAA,” Mr Reade said.
“I look forward to building on that over Kathy’s three-year term as President and Chairman.
“Kathy is taking over the leadership of the Board at an exciting time for RAA, as we continue to diversify and grow our business to deliver more for members.
“Kathy and David’s passion for our members and skills and expertise will be invaluable to the future success of RAA and how we continue to serve our more than 810,000 members.
“I’d like to also thank Peter Siebels for his incredible Board leadership over the past four years and we’re pleased he’ll be staying on as a Director for a further year to support Kathy as she transitions to President and Chair.”
