RAA Insurance customers most satisfied for sixth year running

For the sixth year running, RAA Insurance customers have been recognised as the most satisfied in South Australia by financial comparison website Canstar.

In both the Home Insurance and Car Insurance categories, RAA’s customers reported higher levels of product and customer service satisfaction than other eligible insurers.

It’s the sixth year in a row that RAA has taken home the awards for Most Satisfied Customers – Car Insurance SA and Most Satisfied Customers – Home Insurance SA – having won them every year since 2019.

Canstar’s independent consumer survey asks customers to rate their satisfaction based on a range of factors including comprehensiveness of cover, communication and value for money.

RAA Insurance Chief Executive Tara Page said the positive feedback from members reflected the dedication of the entire RAA Insurance team.

“To have our member satisfaction recognised as best in market is testament to the hard work of our team,” Ms Page said.

“The award reflects how committed we are to providing excellent customer service when our members need us most – and how driven we are to help South Australians protect their most important assets.

“It’s been an extremely busy time for the insurance industry – in the 2022-23 financial year we paid out a record $525 million in claims – so it’s great to receive this continued recognition from our members.”
