Beginning our graduate program just last year (2021), RAA have, this month, been recognised as one of the nation’s top 100 graduate employers.
Achieving 29th place in the Top 75 list from the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), and 73rd in the Top 100 for GradAustralia (Prosple), RAA’s graduate program forms a large role in our people focus both at RAA and within South Australia.
AAGE’s list is gathered from first-hand graduate ratings and feedback, while Prosple’s list comes from a combination of search popularity and quality of program as rated by graduates. National heavyweights the likes of Commonwealth Bank, Google and Amazon regularly sit within the rankings, so we’re among impressive company.
“Ensuring we have a graduate program that’s not only well sought-after but also rated highly by our graduate cohort is incredibly important for us at RAA,” says General Manager of People and Environment Belinda Vivian.
The graduate program begins in February each year, with six grads taken into the program.
“It’s not just about attracting graduate talent to RAA, but importantly it’s about developing graduates. The learning experiences in the program, though work rotations and training, provide a strong foundation for their future careers.”
“We’re always looking to the future, offering in-demand skills and experience in digital technology, data and web development.
“Not only is this beneficial for our grads, but it’s also important for RAA in building our capabilities with their expertise as we move forward in our ever-evolving organisation.”
