RAA’s workplace culture has once again been recognised among some of the country’s leading employers.
In February RAA’s graduate program was named in the top five Australia-wide by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers.
Now, RAA has also been named in the top 10 graduate employers Australia-wide for three categories by Grad Australia – Best Culture (10th place), Best Work Life Balance (Sixth place) and Best Corporate Social Responsibility (Seventh place).
In addition, RAA was also ranked “Best in Industry” under Banking & Financial Services in each of these categories.
The Grad Australia lists are compiled by careers and education technology company Prosple, and are based them on first-hand feedback from graduate employees.
Chief Executive Officer Nick Reade said RAA prided itself on being an employer of choice.
“This recognition is testament to our entire workforce who work together every day to make our culture as welcoming and enjoyable as possible,” Mr Reade said.
“As a leadership team we put a lot of focus on our culture and workplace flexibility, and we believe that sets us apart from a lot of employers here in South Australia.
“We also put a lot of emphasis on graduates getting real experience in their field of study immediately, which is not always the case in graduate programs.
“Not only do we want our employees to feel like they can show up effectively at work, but also like they’re supported to be there for their families and outside of work as well.
“It’s also great to get positive feedback about our social responsibility, which is something we’re always working to improve on behalf of our 800,000 members.”
The awards put RAA in the company of renowned employers such as Canva, Xero and Optus.
