RAA is officially one of the nation’s top five graduate employers, and the best based in South Australia, having today been unveiled as part of the 2023 AAGE Top Graduate Employers list.
South Australia’s largest membership organisation came in at fifth place in the rankings, which are based on first-hand ratings and feedback from graduates who spend at least 12 months at their employer.
RAA CEO Nick Reade said the organisation prided itself on being an employer of choice.
“Being named in the nation’s top five graduate employers is fantastic recognition for the program RAA has curated over the last three years.”
“It also puts RAA in some great company among some of the nation’s most highly regarded employers.
“RAA’s graduate program isn’t just about attracting talent to RAA, but importantly it’s about developing South Australian graduates to set them up for a meaningful career.
“Upon completion of the program all of our graduates are offered permanent employment with RAA.”
It comes as RAA’s 2023 intake of graduates start at the organisation this week.
Running since 2021, RAA’s graduate program sees six IT and Technology university graduates embark on an 18-month program of work rotations, mentoring and training each year.
Mr Reade said the program was designed to offer experience in industries that will be in high demand for years to come.
“Not only do we strive to be innovative in terms of our products and services for our members, but we are always looking at new ways to invest in our people.
“RAA’s graduate program provides valuable experience in fields such as cyber security, digital technology, data and web development.”
