RAA members joined the AGM in-person and online to hear from President and Chairman Kathy Gramp and CEO Nick Reade.
Mr Reade said 2023-24 was a strong year for RAA.

“This includes addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by the global insurance industry, climate change and cost-of-living pressures.
“We’re continuing to explore how we can create more resilience and long-term sustainability in our business, and share insights and engage members on the future direction of RAA.”
