South Aussie caravan, campers and adventurers are set to receive their annual dose of expert advice, hands-on experience and new technology this month at the 2023 Let’s Go SA – Caravan, Camping & Outdoor Show.
More than 140 exhibitors from the caravan and camping industry will be at the Adelaide Showgrounds from Wednesday 15 February until Sunday 19 February.
This year’s expo will also feature a new RAA Entertainment Stage, where a packed program of presenters will be running demonstrations and talks throughout the five-day event.
RAA Senior Manager Safety and Infrastructure Charles Mountain said it was a great opportunity for both experienced and aspiring caravanners and campers to learn more about their vehicles and the industry.
“Making sure you’re adequately prepared for a driving holiday is vital to ensure the safety of yourself, your family, your vehicle and your towed unit,” Charles said.
“By their nature, caravanners and campers are more likely to be travelling on regional and high-speed roads, so drivers need to understand the additional challenges associated with driving in these conditions when towing a caravan or driving a motorhome.
“Connecting directly with other people in the caravan and camping industry at these expos can be a great way to brush up on the latest knowledge and technology available.”
Among the presentations at the RAA Entertainment stage will be road-trip cooking demonstrations, SAPOL safety demonstrations and vehicle packing tips.
