A new cohort of university graduates have started their careers at RAA this week, as they begin the organisation’s annual Graduate Program – named as a top 5 graduate employer in Australia last year.
Each year, RAA employs a small group of graduates as part of the 18-month program that offers experience in multiple areas of the business, ongoing mentorship and development opportunities, and a permanent position from day one.
This year’s graduates are Leila Thomas, Lucy Last, Sophie Stewart, Charlie Rowe, Danielle Ting, Irulan Murphy and Paris Gibbs.
RAA Chief People Officer Laura Schonfeldt welcomed the graduates on their first day with RAA.
“It’s always an exciting day when a new group of graduates start with us, and we’re all looking forward to getting to know them as they begin their careers at RAA,” Ms Schonfeldt said.
“We’re extremely proud of the Graduate Program we have created at RAA – one which saw us last year named in the top 5 graduate employers in the country, and the best based in South Australia.
“As part of the program, our graduates will participate in our ‘Campus to Corporate’ Development Program, will have access to regular mentoring sessions with a Manager, and be involved in meaningful work that has an impact in SA.
“RAA’s graduate program isn’t just about attracting great talent, but importantly it’s about developing a group of young South Australian professionals to set them up for a meaningful career.
“Starting your career is a big life milestone, and I’m thrilled we get to share this with our new cohort and wish them all the best for their next 18 months – and beyond – at RAA.”
