RAA is on the hunt for six university graduates to join our workforce from February next year. As the state’s largest member organisation, we’re hiring three Data and three Cyber Security graduates to undertake our 18-month graduate employment program – beginning in February 2023.
Our General Manager of People & Environment Belinda Vivian said the program offers in-demand experience in cyber security, digital technology, data and web development.
“As an organisation, we’re incredibly proud of the graduate program we’ve built over the last year, which recently led to us being recognised as one of the top 100 graduate employers in the country,” Belinda said.
“It’s not just about attracting graduate talent to RAA, but importantly it’s about developing graduates to set them up for a meaningful career.
“We’ve carefully tailored the learning experiences on offer during the 18-month program – such as mentoring, work rotations and training – to provide a strong foundation for their future careers.
“Being future-focussed as an organisation doesn’t just refer to the products and services we develop and offer our members, it’s also about being innovative when it comes to our people – bringing in future generations, and building their expertise in areas like digital technology and cyber that are increasingly important.”
