RAA’s 834,000+ members can now save 5% on their groceries at Drakes Supermarkets, as South Australia’s largest member organisation extends its rewards program into the supermarket aisle.
From Monday 2 February, RAA members can save at all 48 Drakes outlets across the state by scanning their RAA membership card at the check-out.
The partnership builds on the growing RAA Rewards program, which gives RAA members access to special offers and deals at more than 200 suppliers – including at restaurants, cafes, cinemas and fuel outlets.
This includes RAA’s 10c per litre fuel discount available now at a range of locations across the state.
RAA Chief Executive Officer Nick Reade said the partnership addresses members’ number one concern.
“Cost of living is the biggest challenge our members are facing right now,” Mr Reade said.
“We’ve focused on everyday essentials – groceries, fuel, energy – where savings add up quickly.
“Partnering with another iconic South Australian organisation like Drakes means our members can now save on their weekly shop, on top of the 10c per litre they could be saving on fuel through RAA Rewards.
“With enough support from RAA members we’ll do everything we can to make this an ongoing offer.
“Last year alone, RAA members saved more than $43 million through RAA Rewards and loyalty discounts. We hope this partnership will put even more money back into members’ pockets.
“If you’re an RAA member with Road Service, Insurance or you’ve made an eligible RAA Travel booking, you’ll have a membership card that unlocks RAA Rewards savings.”
RAA members can access the Drakes discount by simply scanning their membership card at any Drakes Supermarket checkout.
